Job Title: Digital Equity Manager
Job Location: San Diego
Annual Salary Range: $106,587 to $165,209 per year

This position will bring the recently adopted Regional Digital Equity Strategy and Action Plan to life by managing complex projects that lead to rapid expansion of broadband infrastructure, increased adoption of broadband and technology, and advance digital literacy. A core function is cultivating strategic partnerships and coordinating federal, state, local agency, private sector, and community-based organization participation in the implementation of regional digital equity initiatives.
Experience and Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree with major course work in regional/urban planning, policy/planning, information technology, public/ business administration, project management, or a related field. A Masters’ degree is desirable. A combination of relevant education and recent work experience may be considered in lieu of the bachelor’s degree requirement. Minimum of five years of increasingly responsible, professional experience leading projects and programs related to equity and social justice issues and digital inclusion programs or activities; including some lead or supervisory experience.
