The County of San Diego is conducting a 2020 Needs Assessment, and residents from across the region are encouraged to provide their input.
The purpose of the 2020 Needs Assessment is to identify current strengths, needs, and resources in the community. Previous Needs Assessments have identified top needs to be youth programs, housing, gang activity, community engagement, access to healthy food, infrastructure improvement, employment, education, and transportation.
Your input will help the County of San Diego’s Community Action Partnership (CAP) in the development and improvement of programs and resources that empower and provide individuals, families, and communities the tools and opportunities to become resilient and self-sufficient.
We invite you to participate in one or both ways below:
1. Take the Needs Assessment Survey! This survey aims to capture comprehensive data and information to serve as the basis for CAP’s goals, programs, and services provided to individuals, families, and communities.
TAKE THE SURVEY BY JANUARY 15 and be entered to win a $100 Amazon Gift Card!
2. Participate in the Needs Assessment Community Conversation!
One participant at each of the Community Conversations will win a $100 Amazon Gift Card!
The conversations will be held online through Zoom. All San Diego County residents are invited to join in to talk about in-depth local issues that impact the health, safety, and quality of life in your neighborhoods. Register today for a Community Conversation in your region (see image).
