The Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Diego was dissolved on February 1, 2012, per Assembly Bill 1X 26 (AB 26). Civic San Diego is the successor agency tasked with winding down the former Redevelopment Agency’s affairs and taking other actions in accordance with the dissolution provisions of AB 26. Our guest speakers will discuss the planning issues related to dissolution and planning tools available to finance public infrastructure without tax increment financing. Join SDAPA to learn about the regional effects of the dissolution of redevelopment.
