Annual Salary Ranges:
Analyst I: $47,708 to $73,947
Analyst II: $52,598 to $81,527
Associate Analyst: $57,989 to $89,883

The Grant Program Analyst will support the Access for All Grant Program with administrative tasks including monitoring and reporting, assisting with the creation of the grant program processes and documentation; coordinate calls for projects and approvals of grant agreements; serve as a liaison with grantees; monitor project progress and fiscal compliance with grant terms. The Grants Program Analyst also will prepare reports for Policy Advisory Committees and working groups and the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC). This position is best suited for an individual with expertise in professional grants, program management, and contract administration.

Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with major course work in Public Administration, Business Administration, Finance, City Planning, or a related field, and one to two years of progressive career development related to program management, contract administration or grant program coordination.

This position is limited-term employment opportunity and is expected to be funded for 2 years (through November 30, 2023). Limited-term employees are “at- will” and receive many of the benefits as a Regular employee.
