Ten years of experience
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
United States Citizenship
Knowledge of United States Navy and Marine Corps/Department of Defense

Serves as the main point of contact with clients, internal and external teams and is responsible for the overall success of various planning projects. Possesses effective oral and written communication skills. Requires an experienced professional (AICP, Registered Architect, Professional Engineer, or related experience) to manage the planning, development, and design of all phases of work assigned for execution. Attends and/or leads kick-off meetings, field investigations, and visioning sessions. Supervises and is the professional resource for all phases of the project, including coordination with client, data collection, report/plan preparation, meeting coordination, QA/QC, and submission of final documents. Also fulfills duties of a planner. Documents planning projects in Navy Shore Facility Planning Systems such as the internet Facility Assets Database Store (iNFADS) and Electronic Project Generator (EPG). Apply Navy and Marine Corps guidance such as UFC 2-000-05N NAVFAC Facility Planning Criteria for Navy and Marine Corps Shore Installations (P-80) and Department of the Navy Facility Category Codes (P-72), and Navy and Marine Corps Shore Facility Planning Manual (NAVFACINST 11010.44E) to planning projects.
